It's now time to up your game!
You understand the principles of making Sourdough Bread and are happily in the rhythm of baking it regularly enough to make it your mainstay loaf.
Learn 'how to Sourdough any recipe', pick up inspiration and tips for new discard recipes and watch a demonstration of our Sourdough pastry.
Good health by stealth: On this course you’ll learn how to include new ingredients to your delicious loaves to further your knowledge such as Dill pickle, hearty porridge loaf or perhaps fragrant dhal. We’ll have tasters on the day before you make that crucial decision.
You will make a delicious sweet braided Babka and a moreish savoury Impanata on the day.
You will need to bring a quality of your bulk fermented dough with you on the day and learn to incorporate new ingredients.
NB: to get the best from the course you must be a confident with the principles of sourdough bread making and shaping.
Morning coffee/homemade cake and 2-course lunch will fuel you through the day. You’ll depart with loaves made on the day plus all the other other sourdough bakes, along with a full recipe folder.
