Throughout the course you will explore a variety of pasta dishes using a range of techniques. After a brief introduction and coffee you’ll get straight into the kitchen learning how to knead dough: roll out sheets using a pasta machine; make neatly filled ravioli parcels, and finally some impressive hand shaped Malloreddus shells. As well as learning the art of pasta making we will make a rich simple sauce and pesto to pair perfectly with your pasta.
